トモハウスの家造り

こちらのお家は、片流れの大屋根からなるシンプルな形状の可愛らしい木の箱のようなすまいとなっています。
シンプルな平屋スタイルの平面プランとなっており、勾配天井からなる広々としたＬＤスペースを中心として各居室を配置、キッチンスペースもオープンで開放的なタイプを採用しています。
また自転車が趣味のお客様の要望で、外部から自転車を楽に出し入れすることの出来る趣味の部屋を設けました。自転車の手入れやトレーニング室として使用できる十分な広さを確保しています。

This home features a charming, simple design reminiscent of a wooden box, with a single-sloped roof forming a large, graceful silhouette.
The floor plan follows a straightforward one-story layout, centering around a spacious living and dining area with a sloped ceiling, with each room arranged around this open core. The kitchen adopts an open and airy design that enhances the sense of connection throughout the home.
In addition, at the request of the bicycle-enthusiast homeowner, a hobby room was included to allow easy access for bringing bicycles in and out from outside. The room offers ample space for bike maintenance and indoor training.

トモハウスの家造り

こちらのお家は、老朽化にあわせ、増築によって２世帯化していた旧宅を取り壊し、より今の家族の生活スタイルに合った新たな２世帯住居として建て替えさせて頂きました。
外観は平屋建てを彷彿とさせる大屋根形式のすまいとなっており、外壁には無垢の杉板張りに落ち着いたカラーリングの保護塗料を塗布しています。シンプルなデザインと合わせて、周辺の街並みにそっと溶け込むよう佇んでいます。

This home was rebuilt as a new two-family residence that better suits the current lifestyle of the family, following the demolition of the previous house, which had been expanded and converted into a two-family home over time as it aged.
The exterior features a large gabled roof reminiscent of a single-story house, with natural cedar siding finished in a calm, protective color stain. Its simple design allows the home to blend gently into the surrounding neighborhood.

こちらのお家は、外観はいぶし瓦による屋根や、漆喰塗り及び天然木の板張りによる外壁、化粧垂木などの日本の伝統的なすまいの様式を採用しており、ヌレ縁を彷彿とさせる深く張り出した軒下のデッキスペースは、天候に関わらずアウトドアリビングとして利用できるようになっています。
開放的な吹き抜け空間を持つＬＤスペースを中心に1階2階共に各居室を配置、各居室のプライバシーは確保しながらも、室内のどこにいても家族の気配は感じることができるようになっています。

This home features a traditional Japanese architectural style, with a roof made of smoked tiles, exterior walls finished with plaster and natural wood siding, and exposed decorative rafters. The deep eaves that extend outward create a deck space reminiscent of a nure-en (traditional veranda), allowing it to be used as an outdoor living area regardless of the weather.
At the heart of the home is a bright and open living-dining area with a double-height ceiling, around which the rooms on both the first and second floors are arranged. こちらのお家は、シンプルな切妻2階建ての形状ながら、スマート瓦や塗装された杉板貼りの仕上げを施すことで落ち着きのあるシャープなデザインのすまいとなりました。
玄関からシューズクローク、クローゼットを経由して水回りにアクセスできる回遊性のある動線プランを採用しており、玄関よりキッチンまでの家族の裏動線が確保されています。また、リビングとダイニングの空間を建具で仕切ることができ、来客時には家族のプライバシーを確保しやすくなっています。リビングダイニングの前面には家族の団らんのスペースとして利用可能な屋根付きのウッドデッキスペースも確保しました。

内部は真壁工法を採用し、床材も無垢のフロアー材を使用、木材のあたたかみを感じることができると同時に、木の調湿機能により快適な室内環境を作り出しています。

１階は、若い夫婦の生活スタイルに合わせ、機能的な水回りと開放的なLDを配置。
LDの一部はフラットな床で連続する和室となっており、直行する障子を閉めることで
独立した一つの部屋としてプライバシーを確保することができ、障子を開けると一室の大空間を
演出することができます。

This home was designed by turning the challenging shape of the site to its advantage, creating a residence that enjoys warm sunlight throughout the day without being cast in shadow by surrounding buildings.
On the first floor, the layout is tailored to the lifestyle of a young couple, featuring a functional water area and an open living-dining space.
Part of the living-dining area connects seamlessly to a Japanese-style room with a flat, continuous floor. By closing the intersecting shoji screens, the space can be used as a private, independent room; when the screens are opened, it transforms into one large, unified area.
