As an experimental space for the regeneration of an old private house, an old private house over 150 years old has been renovated and operated as a multipurpose space.

こちらのお家は内部に、９帖の広々としたウッドデッキの中庭を中心として、それぞれの部屋が配置されています。
まず玄関を開けると、目に飛び込む丸窓。家の中にいて、外と一体化した空間に感じられます。
この家の一つの特徴でもあるのが、御夫婦それぞれの書斎です。
奥様には、キッチン側のユーティリティ内にデザインし、旦那様は、主寝室から繋がる空間に書斎を配置した。

This home is designed with a spacious 9-tatami wood-deck courtyard at its center, around which all the rooms are arranged.
As soon as you open the front door, a round window catches your eye, creating a sense of connection between the indoors and the outdoors.
One of the key features of this house is that each spouse has their own study.
The wife’s study is incorporated into the utility space adjacent to the kitchen, while the husband’s study is located in a room connected to the master bedroom.

トモハウスのリノベーション

こちらのお住まいは、築50年を迎えた軽量鉄骨造住宅の1階部分において、大規模なリノベーション工事を行った物件です。
既存構造の弱点となっていた箇所には適切な補強を施し、間仕切り壁を取り除くことで、開放感あふれる一室仕様のLDK空間へと生まれ変わりました。

また、広く確保されていたキッチンと作業スペースは、対面式キッチンとダイニングスペースへと再構成し、隣接する部屋にはパントリーを配置。
家事動線や収納にも配慮した、使い勝手の良い家事スペースを実現しています。

This residence is a 50-year-old light steel-framed home that has undergone a major renovation on the first floor.
Structural weaknesses in the existing building were reinforced, and partition walls were removed to create an open, seamless LDK (Living-Dining-Kitchen) space with a spacious and airy atmosphere.

The originally large kitchen and work area were reconfigured into a face-to-face kitchen and dining space, while a neighboring room was converted into a pantry.
This new layout ensures a highly functional household workflow with improved storage and efficiency.

シンプルな平屋スタイルの平面プランとなっており、勾配天井からなる広々としたＬＤスペースを中心として各居室を配置、キッチンスペースもオープンで開放的なタイプを採用しています。
また自転車が趣味のお客様の要望で、外部から自転車を楽に出し入れすることの出来る趣味の部屋を設けました。自転車の手入れやトレーニング室として使用できる十分な広さを確保しています。

This home features a charming, simple design reminiscent of a wooden box, with a single-sloped roof forming a large, graceful silhouette.
The floor plan follows a straightforward one-story layout, centering around a spacious living and dining area with a sloped ceiling, with each room arranged around this open core. The kitchen adopts an open and airy design that enhances the sense of connection throughout the home.
In addition, at the request of the bicycle-enthusiast homeowner, a hobby room was included to allow easy access for bringing bicycles in and out from outside. The room offers ample space for bike maintenance and indoor training.

こちらのお家は、老朽化にあわせ、増築によって２世帯化していた旧宅を取り壊し、より今の家族の生活スタイルに合った新たな２世帯住居として建て替えさせて頂きました。
外観は平屋建てを彷彿とさせる大屋根形式のすまいとなっており、外壁には無垢の杉板張りに落ち着いたカラーリングの保護塗料を塗布しています。シンプルなデザインと合わせて、周辺の街並みにそっと溶け込むよう佇んでいます。

This home was rebuilt as a new two-family residence that better suits the current lifestyle of the family, following the demolition of the previous house, which had been expanded and converted into a two-family home over time as it aged.
The exterior features a large gabled roof reminiscent of a single-story house, with natural cedar siding finished in a calm, protective color stain. Its simple design allows the home to blend gently into the surrounding neighborhood.

こちらのお家は、外観はいぶし瓦による屋根や、漆喰塗り及び天然木の板張りによる外壁、化粧垂木などの日本の伝統的なすまいの様式を採用しており、ヌレ縁を彷彿とさせる深く張り出した軒下のデッキスペースは、天候に関わらずアウトドアリビングとして利用できるようになっています。
開放的な吹き抜け空間を持つＬＤスペースを中心に1階2階共に各居室を配置、各居室のプライバシーは確保しながらも、室内のどこにいても家族の気配は感じることができるようになっています。

This home features a traditional Japanese architectural style, with a roof made of smoked tiles, exterior walls finished with plaster and natural wood siding, and exposed decorative rafters. The deep eaves that extend outward create a deck space reminiscent of a nure-en (traditional veranda), allowing it to be used as an outdoor living area regardless of the weather.
At the heart of the home is a bright and open living-dining area with a double-height ceiling, around which the rooms on both the first and second floors are arranged.
